Aesthetic clinics survey report




             Aesthetic industries have grown quickly over the years due to an increasing demand in consumer market to improve their confidence.
According to Dr. Boyle, the director of Chesapeake Urology Associates, interviewed in Chesapeake’s webpage said "Many women come to me because they are unhappy with their intimate appearance or have lost some natural function that may have been damaged by aging, childbirth, weight gain and loss or pregnancy". Aesthetic Clinics
The aesthetic clinic is one of the aesthetic industries which have fastest growing service industry in the world because aesthetic technologies and medicines can help consumer appear and feel younger than they actually are. Thailand is one of the popular countries that have a good reputation of aesthetic clinic due to prices, qualities and services.
Aesthetic Meaning
The word aesthetic is believed to have derives from the ancient Greek word aisthanomai dealing with the nature of art, beauty, and taste, with the creation and appreciation of beauty.(source 2)

For developing aesthetic clinic’s products and services in Thailand, we have to survey what makes people use aesthetic clinic services, and purchase aesthetic clinic’s product. We surveyed 31 people in Thailand. The survey included 5 males and 26 female. The result shows that the most common reason for using aesthetic clinic's services or products are about the acne problem, and not using due to unnecessary. Most respondents in the survey know an aesthetic clinic from TV Advertising. We ask about the brand of aesthetic clinic that they use products and services and the most common answer is Nitipon clinic. Most customers think the important things for considering aesthetic clinic's products or services are the quality.While majority of respondents are satisfied with atmospheres and services, some respondents are dissatisfied with the price.
However, the nonstop pursuit of the holy grail of “perfect beauty” has been modified endlessly through cutting edge laser treatments, plastic surgery and non-invasive cosmetic procedures, all provided by trendy aesthetic clinics, which are rapidly appearing in many major cities in Southeast Asia.
So, in the middle of the aesthetic clinic boom, every customer should know how to select a good quality and safe aesthetic treatment. (source 3)

Survey Report of Ichitan Organic Green Tea

 
   Green tea is made from the leaves from Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originated in China, but it has become associated with many cultures throughout Asia (Source1). It has antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body, including improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits (Source 2). From this point, many green tea drinks were produced. Ichitan Organic Green Tea is one of the most famous green tea drinks in Thailand that was founded by Mr.Tan. For Ichitan Organic Green Tea, We brew the green tea immediately after reaped to maintain its great health benefits and freshness of the taste. We remain only quality green tea; full with anti-oxidant for great health, for you (Source3)
     To be the number one of Thai green tea drinks, we decide to make this survey to find out about customers’ satisfaction and use it for improving our products and services. For this survey, we collected the data with online questionnaires. Our data got by 15 respondents both male and female and this survey took about 3 days to collect the data.
     According to the survey, most of our customers are female youth who are about 21 years old. There are 62.5 % of customers who drink Ichitan Organic Green Tea because of good taste. About half of customers like original flavor and 56.3 % of them drink Ichitan less than 2 bottles per month. More than three-quarters of customers buy Ichitan from 7 eleven while 12.5 % of them buy Ichitan from super store (e.g. Big C, and Tesco Lotus). About the attitude of customers toward our products and services, Most of customers neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with variety and quality of products while 31.3 % of customer somewhat satisfied with price and taste of products. Over half of customers satisfied with our promotions. We are very sorry to hear that 12.5% of respondents haven't drunk Ichitan Organic Green Tea because of lack of nutrients. They like juice better than Ichitan.
     In conclusion, the result show that we have to improve quality of products and marketing. We should promote the nutrients of green tea more to show our benefits and we should think about launching a new product that combined between green tea and juice to attract more customers.
