Eating eggs every day is OK or not? (Draft 2)
Eggs are not just delicious but they are also full of nutrients such as vitamins (e.g. A, D, and E), folate, iron, omega-3 and so on (Source 1) . Some people would consider the fact that the egg yolks are high in cholesterol and it is not good for health if you eat eggs every day. You will have high levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol that contribute to heart disease (Source 2). But I do not think so. I think eating eggs every day is OK and it is good for health.
Firstly, cholesterol is not always bad. It is a very important part of the body. According to The Mayo Clinic, cholesterol is found in every cell in our body and without it our bodies would not function properly. The functions of cholesterol in the body are making steroid hormones (e.g. testosterone, estrogen and cortisol), being the structure of every cell in our bodies, and helping the liver creates bile which helps us about digestion(Source 3).
Furthermore, you should not forget that eggs are not about cholesterol but they also have a lot of nutrients that are necessary for us. For example, Lutein and Zeaxanthine of eggs can reduce a chance of getting eye disease. Omega-3 is a good fat that helps protect our heart. Folate helps produce and take care all of new cells. Choline helps about brain development.
Moreover, even though you eat many eggs but they will not effect to your blood cholesterol because “when we eat more eggs, the liver just produces less cholesterol instead” said by Peter J.H. Jones, PhD, School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition.
In conclusion, I strongly agree that it is OK to eat eggs every day because eggs have many benefits and their cholesterol is not effect to us. I think we should eat only a good food if we want to be healthy. Do not forget that “you are what you eat”
Green tea is made from the Camellia sinensis leaves. It comes from China, but it is booming throughout Asia (Source1). It has a lot of antioxidants and nutrients that have positive effects on the body, including improved health, brain function, reduced chance of getting cancer and so on. (Source 2). From this point, many green tea drinks were produced. Ichitan Organic Green Tea is one of the most famous green tea drinks in Thailand that was founded by Mr.Tan. For Ichitan Organic Green Tea, We care about our customers to get a best quality of green tea drink (Source3).
To be the number one of Thai green tea drinks, we decide to make this survey to find out about customers’ satisfaction and use it for improving our products and services. For this survey, we collected the data with online questionnaires. Our data got by 15 respondents both male and female and this survey took about 3 days to collect the data.
According to the survey, most of our customers are female youth who are about 21 years old. There are 62.5 % of customers who drink Ichitan Organic Green Tea because of good taste. About half of customers like original flavor and 56.3 % of them drink Ichitan less than 2 bottles per month. More than three-quarters of customers buy Ichitan from 7 eleven while 12.5 % of them buy Ichitan from super store (e.g. Big C, and Tesco Lotus). About the attitude of customers toward our products and services, Most of customers neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with variety and quality of products while 31.3 % of customer somewhat satisfied with price and taste of products. Over half of customers satisfied with our promotions. We are very sorry to hear that 12.5% of respondents haven't drunk Ichitan Organic Green Tea because of lack of nutrients. They like juice better than Ichitan.
In conclusion, the result shows that we have to improve quality of products and marketing. We should promote the nutrients of green tea more to show our benefits and we should think about launching a new product that combined between green tea and juice to attract more customers.
