CHOCOLATE IS HELP OR RISK? (Draft2)




Eating is happiness in many people, especially when eating aromatic dessert that sweet and delicious like in chocolates. When talking about chocolates, we always think of a dark brown sweet is made from cocoa, the most favorite dessert of many people, and popular gift in special events such as Valentine’s day, New year’s day, Wedding day, etc. On the other hand, some people think that eating chocolates are a cause of acne, tooth decay and fattening. However, I strongly believe that eating chocolates do not cause any issue, but they has a lot of benefits for health including healthier heart, weight loss and tooth decay protecting.


To begin with, eating chocolates can make a healthier heart. According to a latest study, long-term study in Germany this year, presented that eating a small piece of dark chocolate twice a week can reduced heart attack and stroke’s risk, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol. It is to say that Phenolics, a large group of plant-based antioxidants, in chocolate will helps blood flow working better, blood pressure and cholesterol lower, the adaptability of veins and arteries increase, glucose metabolism improve and the health of your blood vessels maintain.(Source1)

Next, a chocolate can lose weight. Eating a diet food that has antioxidants is the best ways you can lose those unwanted weight. A recent research shows that people who eat dark chocolate regularly will slimmer than those who not often ate it. Dark chocolate contains less sugar and fat. It is also rich in flavanoids, phytochemicals and antioxidants  that can help lower cholesterol level and spur metabolism booster working successfully. Moreover, eating chocolates will make you fully and do not need to eat other foods. So, they can help you to lose weight.(Source2)

Lastly, Chocolates can protect against tooth decay. Tannin in chocolate may help to stop tooth decay by reducing the growth of bacteria in the mouth and helping prevent cavities. Especially in dark chocolate that has less sugar than other types of chocolate, then it can help to prevent well. By the way, tooth decay is just the side effect of bacteria metabolizing carbohydrates and not the domain of sugar alone. For all these benefits, it is the fact that chocolates are good not only for the heart, but also for your mind and body as well. Do not forget that when you eat a piece of chocolate twice or third a week, that is good for your health. But if you eat it too much, it can have a negative health effects like other desserts. Remember, chocolate will good or bad, it is up to you.
